In-Company Training


SVEB projects in this area focus on the support of further education in small- and medium-sized enterprises (KMU). A study of SVEB in collaboration with the University of Zurich has shown that almost a third of KMUs do not invest in further education. This means that a large part of the learning and performance potential of the Swiss economy is not being exploited.
