Summary
Investors in People is a quality certificate that distinguishes organizations that invest in the training of all employees - and thus opmimally exploit the learning and performance potential of the company.
Together with five consulting firms SVEB has founded the Association of Investors in People Switzerland. Its aim is to provide high quality services for organizations that want to work with IIP. SVEB heads the IIP office and functions as primary contact for interested organizations.
The work of the association is based on the conviction that its employees are the most important asset of any organization. Consequently, the performance of an organization can be improved by targeted, strategy-oriented development and support of its employees. “Investors in People Switzerland” is providing the best possible instrument.
